Order Processing

 
  • All orders are processed within [1-2 business days] (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • You will receive another notification with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Timelines


  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days, depending on your location.
  • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 1-3 business days. Additional charges apply for express shipping and are displayed at checkout.

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the delivery address and selected shipping method.

 
Order Tracking
 
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
 

Delivery Location

 
  • We currently ship to addresses within India only.
  • Orders to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses are not supported and will be canceled.

Delivery Issues and Support

  • Lost or Undelivered Orders: If your order is marked as delivered but not received, please report it to us within 48 hours for investigation.
  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, email us at contact@healthyaholic.in within 2 days of delivery with photos of the damaged product(s).

For returns or refunds, refer to our [Return Policy Page]. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-10 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.
